I am a trainee in Kubix, while I finish my masters degree in Pedagogy and Psychology at Roskilde University. My main interest is the education field, especially concerning competence development and worklife learning in the interaction between employers and managers. Furthermore, I find the potential in Appreciative Inquiry an important process tool, taking into account the social groups and context we are working in. My primary experience comes from my earlier participation in a major research project at Roskilde University, focused on the reasons behind drop-out behaviour among upper secondary education students.
