As analyst and process consultant at Kubix my main area of work is competency development at educational institutions and at the workplace. Evaluating and developing formal education is part of my portfolio as well as issues pertaining to competency development through various forms of non-formal education. I undertake reviews of educational processes, assessment of competency development needs and act as facilitator in processes aiming to increase the scope of co-operation and working conditions on a wider scale.
At Kubix we always emphasize the importance of having learning processes anchored in the organizational structure. Learning has to be considered at two levels - the individual and the organizational/strategic level. Giving priority to these two levels of learning enables changes to sustain in day-to-day organizational practice.
Learning and communication are intertwined in the sense that communication is perceived as relations expressed through language. Framing communication in new ways can act as catalyst in many situations. At educational institutions and workplaces change processes revolve around utilizing communication in the creation of new identities and affiliations. This is why we often aim at setting a new scene for co-operation and rapport building between employees.
I hold a master degree in communication, an education in systemic consulting and a ph.d in IKT and organizational development.
