For more than 10 years I have been involved in analysing, evaluating and developing learning and development within private and public organizations.

As consultant I plan and undertake analyses and evaluations based on the content and organization of the work in question. I attach great importance to the involvement of management, employees and other relevant stakeholders in the analyses ensuring a focus on the history as well as future needs and demands of the organization.

As consultant I organize development processes in various private and public workplaces. In workshops and other modes of interaction the scene is set for development processes based on an activating and appreciative approach that allows new ideas to emerge and enables the participants to transform ideas into action and make sure they sustain on a daily basis.

I hold a Master degree in Sociology and have recently accomplished training as process consultant. I have worked with socio-political matters and issues pertaining to the labour market using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
