For several years I have been engaged with issues pertaining to work life, workplace learning, organizational learning and development and working environment. Facilitation of cross organizational learning processes in networks, knowledge sharing and the interplay between workplace learning and vocational training are core aspects of my role as consultant and researcher. The integration of analysis and development, theory and practice is vital to me.

Acting as consultant implies planning and facilitating workplace development processes, analyses and evaluations. I facilitate workshops and trainings and contribute to the overall process and management of projects.

At Kubix we emphasize enhancing the scope of organizational learning in the interplay between the individual, the work community, the organization and society in general. A fundamental tool in this regard is the continuous analysis and development of the conditions for learning at the workplace, the Learning Space.

Ensuring that employees and management and other stakeholders are equally involved is essential in every change process along with a steady focus on the importance of having the good ideas and experiences integrated in day-to-day practice at the workplace.

I hold a MA in Cultural Sociology and a Ph.D. in organizational learning. In addition, I have accomplished training as process consultant.
