I am curious about how individuals and groups create a sense of meaning in their daily practice of work. I am also curious about which kind of conditions that may enable this process of sensemaking. To explore and sometimes challenge these conditions of possibility, is central to my work as an analyst and process consultant in Kubix. It is also crucial to make these efforts together with the employees and managers themselves. Together we learn and create practical knowledge in an interaction between theory and practice. We do this by mixing methods like sparring, focus groups, interviews, workshops, history and scenario workshops and exciting conversations.

In Kubix we are all concerned with creating sustainable learning environments. I am particularly curious to explore the importance of the managers’ learning environments - both as a learning environment in itself and as an important framework for the overall learning at the workplace.

I hold a MA in sociology and a Ph.D. within organization, management and working life. Moreover, I am attending process consultant training. I have previously taught and researched in the areas where I now translate my knowledge into practice as an analyst and process consultant. I have carried out research at Roskilde University, Technical University of Denmark, The Danish National Center for Social Research and have worked with development of management and organization in the Capital Region of Denmark
